How do I use the LISD Knowledgebase to get an answer to my questions?

If you are a parent or student and need help using an application that is provided by Lewisville ISD, this system should allow you to search for answers to the most common questions which arise from the use of Technology resources. Examples of 2 systems we support are the eSembler online Grade access for Parents and Students and the SchoolWeb system which allows teachers to produce a helpful web site for Students and Parents. The basic steps for getting help are as follows:

1. Search this knowlegebase using the built in search tools or by browsing the folder structure.

2. If you do not find an answer to your question, please  use the "Contact Us" link in the upper right hand side of the page. Please make sure that you set a category for your question to expedite an answer. A support staff representative will reply to your question as quickly as they can.
